Thanks for reaching out to the Community and for including these details!
Based on the information that you shared, I understand that the “Send” button is hidden when the “Compose Email” window is expanded in Gmail.

Can you replicate this behavior with the Sales Extension on and off to see if there is a difference in the “Compose Email” window?

Can you please share a screenshot and a screen recording of the compose email ensuring that your browser zoom level is set at 100%?
