I have been trying to find an answer unsuccessfully to this. We are a Saas Company developing an integration between our software and hubspot. It is meant for our existing mutual clients, and we are a niche software and there is zero benefit to us to be listed on the marketplace. We are going to want to enable way more than 25 clients when we launch the integration. We will of course still develop with OAuth, but is there any middle ground so that we can have a higher limit without being listed on the marketplace?
Hey @CLove2, if you want to distribute an OAuth app without listing it on the HubSpot Marketplace, you can use private distribution.
Privately distributed OAuth apps can be installed in up to 10 customer accounts by default, or up to 100 customer accounts when the app is created in a Solutions Partner account.
There are some limitations to private apps, but the minimum is 25k calls a day, which would be quite a lot.

Hey, @CLove2
HubSpot now supports private OAuth distribution for apps that don’t need a Marketplace listing, with install limits based on the developer account type — Jaycee
