Hey folks — quick HubSpot Intelligence / Breeze question:
I’m trying to figure out the best way to capture (enriched, reverse ip lookup) company domain name on the contact record at lead creation , so it can sync directly to the Salesforce Lead object.Right now, HubSpot Intelligence (Clearbit-powered) enriches Company records automatically, but not Contacts. Contacts only seem to get enrichment if they’re already associated with a Company or have a valid business email domain.
What I’m trying to solve for is: pulling that enriched company domain name onto the contact level — even when no company association exists — so it can flow cleanly into Salesforce.Has anyone found a direct way to do this through HubSpot Breeze Intelligence, or a workaround (workflow, agent, or API) that can copy the enriched domain to a contact property like Domain HS Enriched? Also — if you’ve set up a custom Contact Agent in Breeze Studio, can you point me to where or how you created it? I don’t see a clear option for that in my portal yet.
Hey @CleverRandy ,
Regarding your 1st point, here some solutions / optimizations:
- Check that the enrichment settings in HubSpot are active (specifically in the Data Enrichment settings → more details on this help page).
- If enrichment is not enabled / incomplete, use HubSpot Data Studio to filter: contacts with non-personal email domains (i.e. not gmail, yahoo etc on the property hs_email_domain → here you can use the list on this help page) AND contacts where the property “Has been enriched” (hs_is_enriched) is unknown.
- For those contacts, create a smart column that searches in the web with the Data Agent for one of the data point you want to enrich (for example enriched country based on the domain). Then copy the result of the smart column (e.g. enriched_country) into the original property (e.g., country).
Some attention points here: be carefully as you may have some inaccurate results (e.g country for a global company) and check your use of Breeze Credits. - Verify the connector to Salesforce is configured correctly so that the enriched information (e.g., contact property “country”) is mapped and flows into the Salesforce Lead object.
Regarding your second question, you should be able to find your assistants and agents directly in Breeze Studio. Could you give me more details so I can help you out?

Hi Leo. Thank so much for this information. here’s some additional
context…
I want to use reverse Ip lookup to capture a contact’s domain name. Hubspot
Breeze Intel can enrich on the company level (domain name - hubspot.com). I
want to pull this into a contact record custom property Domain HS enriched
(this target property will be mapped into SF). The catch is that I want to
be able to do this for contacts that are associated and not associated with
a company. I know for associated companies this can be done, its the
contacts that aren’t associated. So thinking I HS Breeze Intell can use
reverse IP lookup to add that somehow.
I check in Breeze Studio but there isn’t an agent for Contacts, there’s one
for Companies and a Customer agent.
Hey @CleverRandy - thanks so much for following up with that context!
I’m curious to know if @LeoJuvin has any further insight regarding your second question!
