# Domain Error - Page not publishing updates

My webpages do not publish changes. I keep getting this error - _ **Error:Your portal doesn’t have permission to publish site page on domain.** _

I have been trying to remove any custom domain data and revert back to the default account domain with no luck.

I’m using a free account and have 1 website page and 1 landing page. They both won’t publish changes.

Please help

I have thoroughly investigated the issue and it appears that you are encountering the error message because a [Marketing Hub subscription](https://www.hubspot.com/pricing/marketing/enterprise?products=marketing-hub-professional_1&term=annual) is necessary for publishing. This means that without an active Marketing Hub subscription, you will be unable to proceed with publishing.
