Does Ticketmaster Still Have an Accessible API?

I am working for a startup and we are trying to gain access to Ticketmaster’s API. However it seems like their API page no longer exists:

I wanted to see if anyone in the community has had success locating and connecting to Ticketmaster’s API. If so can you please explain how you were able to access it.
