I need some advice. I am working for a company that is setting me the sales navigator and the Hubspot Professional Service plan.
The thing is that it will be connected through my personal LinkedIn, which is perfect because I want a personal connection with potential clients but I was wondering if the integration means that Hubspot will automatically take all my contacts to Hubspot platform or if it is customized by me. I mean, I want to decide which contacts are relevant to add considering I have contacts from other works and fields.
The integration is connected only to your individual LinkedIn Sales Navigator user account, not automatically to everyone’s LinkedIn contacts. You can view LinkedIn information for contacts already in HubSpot, but you must create a HubSpot contact separately to add someone from LinkedIn. Third-party tools such as like HubLead and Surfe might help with this.
The LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration does not automatically import your LinkedIn contacts into HubSpot. The integration does not create new contacts in HubSpot. It lets you view LinkedIn information for contacts and companies already in HubSpot. You can use “Save in Sales Navigator” to add an existing HubSpot contact to a LinkedIn Sales Navigator list, but this does not add the person to HubSpot.
