Hi Team,
I use hubspot to send training content to clients but it’s important to track who’s viewed the training packs. At present, to create a shareable link you need to assign it to an individual in order to track who’s viewed my ‘document’.
The challenge: I may need to send these ‘documents’ to 10-15 users from a team at one time and it doesn’t make sense to create 15 separate links for each indivdual so I can track their engagement.
I’m aware we can send the document through files but it loses all tracking features.
Suggestion: Can we create a one shareable link that can track engagement?
