I’m curious what made you choose that approach. We’ve been discussing it internally, and I’d love to hear what has worked best for others.
Hi @SDevaki1212,
If the CRM tool / platform offers email sending capabilities that meet all of your requirements, like could be the case with HubSpot in many cases, why integrate a separate platform?
Additional integration always requires maintenance and generates admin work, so I’d argue that it should be avoided when the tool already gives you everything you need. Besides potentially lacking features, I don’t see a technical reason to choose a separate email sending tool.
Best regards
We use either Gmail (also integrated with our portal) or HubSpot. I am working on just doing most of the work on HubSpot.
Why? It is what we teach our clients. We drink our own champagne. And see how that goes down. It lets us understand and empathize with clients. We take it a step further by exploring microsoft outlook to “feel” that platform and how much better it could/might be on HubSpot.
Bottoms up!
Hey @Raffy and welcome back, it’s great to see you again on the HubSpot Community! ![]()
I love to see this approach!
Thanks for sharing and have a lovely day!
