Do you NOW only get 1 pipeline and need to upgrade in order to add pipelines?

I have an existing free account and I can add more pipelines.
I recently opened up a new free account with a different email and I can only use the existing pipeline/edit it.

You are right - mutliple deal pipelines is now a feature of Sales Pro. This caught me out too and, personally, I am not a fan of the change.
