Do I need to choose an "opt-out list" when sending my emails?

Hi! I’m new to this so please be patient :slightly_smiling_face:

I created my users list with all the email addresses I want to send my email to. Right below the “Send to” dropdown field, there’s the “Do not send to” and a dropdown menu as well. I do not see the unsubscribe list I created in that option. Am I missing something?

Hi @pmourad,

Contacts who have unsubscribed from all email / opted out of all email are automatically suppressed from your email sends.

If you have created additional lists, they should show up in the “No enviar a” dropdown. If you can’t find a list that you’ve created, I recommend going to the list menu, find the list, copy the name and paste it into the “No enviar a” dropdown. A single spelling mistake will cause the list not to show up.

Thanks Karsten for your quick and simple reply. I do not see my “unsubscribed” list in the “no enviar” dropdown, so I’m guessing that it is the first thing you said that is happening, it is automatical.
