# DNS verification failure

For doing the DNS setup for my app, I have added the TXT record requested by HubSpot and confirmed that it has been updated on [nslookup.com](http://nslookup.com), but I am still getting validation errors from HubSpot saying that TXT record cannot be found. What could be going wrong here?

Do you have any screenshots or additional warnings you can share with our community members? Additionally, you used the “Professional” tag for your subscription level, I’d recommend checking with support to get clarification if this is a HubSpot-related issue or something external to what we can support.
