Hey All,

I am having issues publishing my page to custom URL. I am hosting with [123-Reg.co.uk](http://123-Reg.co.uk) and have changed the advanced DNS Records to match the requested but I am still not getting redirected and am having issues with verification when trying to complete the set up.

Domain: [www.corporateapparel.co.uk](http://www.corporateapparel.co.uk)

Please see the attached images as reference, but any ideas on what I can do to fix this would be greatly appreciated? Thank you.

Hello @DWyatt1 thank you for posting in our Community!

I want to share this knowledge base with [more information about troubleshooting your email-sending domain.](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/troubleshoot-your-email-sending-domain)

## Check the status of your records

Verify that the DNS records have been updated in HubSpot and in your domain host.

- In your HubSpot account, click the settings **settings icon** in the main navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar menu, navigate to **Website** \> **Domains & URLs**.
  - If your domain has disconnected, click **Reconnect**.
  - If your domain connection is incomplete, click **Continue**.

- On the _Verify URLs_ step of your setup, review any errors in your DNS records.
- If HubSpot cannot connect your domain, a banner will appear above the DNS records table. There are three error types:
  - **Typo:** the record added to your domain host is different from what’s in HubSpot.
  - **Missing record:** HubSpot is unable to identify the record in your domain host.
  - **Conflicting record:** there is a conflicting DNS record in your domain host.

To resolve these errors, ensure that the records in your domain host match what’s in HubSpot.

To our top experts @Jnix284 @TomM2 @ChrisoKlepke any recommendations to @DWyatt1?

Thank you,

Pam

Hey @DWyatt1 it looks like the site is on HubSpot now, it can take up to 24hours for dns records to update/provision so it may have been due to this. Are you still seeing issues?

Yes, managed to sort it.

The issue was that the default URL was .com and I had to change it to .co.uk for it to redirect properly.

Cheers!
