We have a client for whom we desperately need that feature as they have an ecommerce connected to HubSpot and they want to use HubSpot to handle all of their email automation needs.
We developped custom modules to perform specific product recommendations but we are stuck with web safe fonts and the client won’t want to use these emails as they don’t respect their new branding guidelines.
We know custom fonts are a bit risky given that they are not supported by all the clients, however there are workarounds but they all include adding some CSS into the <head> of the email. That feature would be a game changer, especially for people who invest money into their email marketing game, as it would let partners develop better modules with responsive features.
I requested the access on one of our HubSpot accounts a while back but still no news.
Any idea of the ETA ?
