Is there a way to add a DMARC policy to our DNS provider (like godaddy) that will allow HubSpot to send emails on our behalf? We are using free tools and upgrading to starter isn’t in our budget. We are getting this message when sending marketing emails in HubSpot:

Soft bounced
Your IT team has not authorized HubSpot to send emails on your behalf
DMARC smtp;550 5.7.509 Access denied, sending domain [hubspotfree.hs-send.com](http://hubspotfree.hs-send.com) does not pass DMARC verification and has a DMARC policy of reject.

If this is not possible, we will have to move to a different platform.

Hi @FFoundation-R,

Email authentication requires a Marketing, Sales, Service or CMS Starter subscription, see here: [Manage your email authentication](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/manage-email-authentication-in-hubspot)

It’s not possible to set up DMARC in the free CRM.

Best regards

I found this post and it’s helpful for such [issue](https://dmarcreport.com/blog/how-to-add-a-dmarc-record-to-dns/)

By the way, in case your emails are going to spam, I realized using an [email warmup](https://emailwarmup.com) helps accdg to [email deliverability consultant.](https://emaildeliverabilityconsultant.com)

Hope this helps!
