Anyone seen anything decent that you can do for when a call centre hubspot user is planning a group of different Field Sales Consultant’s meetings at the same time - e.g. planning someone going from one house to another that calculates miles too. I’ve had a play with the prospecting tool, as well as pushing meeting info to a dashboard but it’s not really the UI needed for someone to book a meeting - I was also looking at some of the obvious integrations on the marketplace, as well as some other third party things, but anyone tried doing it with a maps API in conjunction with calculated properties. Just interested in anyone’s experiences with this kind of stuff. Thanks as always all crew.

I think you can use a standard amount of time, lets say 45 minutes, and set it as buffer time in the meetings link.
Another option, manual, is that the sales rep add to their calendar a event/space to block the agenda for the amount of time of the estimated travelling time. This way the agenda will be blocked and its no possible to book a meeting in that slot.
