I have managed to customize the deal cards in the board view with MRR, but the total amount under each stage of the pipeline is still based on deal amount rather than MRR. Is it possible to change this to total MRR?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!
With a Starter, Pro, or Enterprise account you can customize which properties display on the Deal Cards. Testing this in my account, I can confirm you can replace the Amount property with MRR.

The deal stage totals cannot be changed to be based on MRR, unfortunately. (This is something that you could request from in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community which is monitored by the product team.) As @bsheen, only the fields on the cards themselves can be changed.

You can use a workflow based on deals to copy the value of the MRR to the deal amount. If you do that, the total amount under each stage of the pipeline will show the somatory of the MRR values from the cards in each stage.

Hi, I’ve done this , however the totals at the bottom are still showing the sum and weighted forecasst for the Amount, not the included MRR. How can we change the totals?
