Display total value of MRR on a Company report or list

Hi!

Anybody here knows how you can show the total MRR value (from multiple deals) on a Company based report or list?

I want to show which companies have the highest MRR in total - based on MRR value from multiple deals associated with the company. But so far I’ve only managed to create a report that shows the separated MRR for each deal associated with the company (So you have to sum it yourself).

If anyone have an idea on how to do this I’d be happy to hear it :slightly_smiling_face:

Hey @Petter, how are you?

Thank you for posting in our Community!

That’s a great question, but I found some resources that may help:

  • Create attribution reports
This knowledge-based article explains how to create a custom report in HubSpot, including navigating to the report section, choosing between sample reports or creating a new one, and configuring the report.
  • Save dataset fields as CRM properties (BETA)
This article explains how to create a property in HubSpot and sync it with a dataset to save and manage data.

Let’s invite some of our top experts. Hey, @GCasali @danmoyle @joshua-paul, are there any report recommendations to @Petter?

Thank you,

Pam

Thanks @PamCotton , I’ll check that out!

However, I’m not sure attribution reports are the right way to go here since I’m trying to pull out the accumulative MRR amount, and not so much interest in the assets creating the revenue.

Hey there @Petter. I created a Custom Report with Company as the primary object, and Deal & Line Items as additional data sources. Then I created a table report with Monthy Recurring Revenue of Deals (with aggregation is Sum) and the Account Name, then made sure my filters were: (Companies with Nnber of Associated Deals is greater than or equal to 1) and (Deals MRR is greater than 1).

Here’s what that looks like:

Is that helpful?

Thanks @danmoyle I think that did the trick

Excellent @Petter - glad to hear it!

This functionality would be so helpful. I am pretty sure we’re not the only ones neeting this…
