I was used to another CRM which was logging automatically every receiving email in the CRM. Is it possible with Hubspot? I can’t find the way to save automatically every email I’m receiving in this CRM.

Can you clarify just a bit more for me? You’re wanting to save every received email from a contact to their contact record? You can do this by installing the HubSpot sales extension for either Outlook or Gmail (there are helpful install links on that page). Here’s what that would look like on their timeline:
