Can you please share the exact list criteria?
Your funnel report is automatically filtering for contacts that entered the MQL lifecycle stage in the specified date range. If you want to compare this to a list, the list filter would have to be Date entered “Marketing Qualified Lead (Lifecycle stage pipeline)” = the date range from your funnel report.
If your list is filtering for Lifecycle stage, the discrepancy arises from two things:
- Contacts in your funnel report might not be a MQL anymore but moved on (the 342 means that these contacts were at some point an MQL but are not necessarily anymore)
- Contacts in your funnel report are filtered by the date of entering the MQL stage
