Hey @PBMEB360 it means someone who has not given legal consent to be emailed could be emailed from your HubSpot platform without that opt-in status yes! It’s entirely possible you could accidentally breach GDPR with it, but I’d check with your legal team to clarify the full extent on that.
You could create a list to check how many contacts could be at risk here too. Something like this which would show all contacts in these countries who do not have opted in subscriptions:
