# Disable read receipts for internal e-mails

Hi, can I disable read receipts for internal emails? That we cannot see from mutual colleagues when an email is opened or clicked? I set our email addresses to “never register” so they are not stored in the CRM. But this doesn’t seem to have any effect on tracking and opening emails. Thanks in advance.

Hi @ShannaVKE,

currently, you can only enable/disable email tracking on the account level, not for specific emails. So unfortunately this isn’t possible at the moment (without disabling tracking for all emails).

Just an idea, I don’t know if this would actually work: Maybe you can talk to your IT-Team / E-Mail admin and see if they can find a solution to block email tracking on the client side for specific domains / senders.
