Hello all, as described in Webhooks retries page ([https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/webhooks](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/webhooks)) the retries occurs in the following scenarios:
**Connection failed** - If we cannot open an HTTP connection to the provided webhook URL
**Timeout** - If your service takes longer than 5 seconds to send back a response to a batch of notifications
**Error codes** - If your service responds with any HTTP status code (4xx or 5xx)
My question is, it is possible to disable or increase the timeout of 5 seconds? I ask that because sometimes this retry policy is not desirable for some scenarios.

@kizus ,

This is not changeable presently.

You could add this to the [ideas board](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/custom/page/page-id/ideaslandingpage) and state your use case.
