Hello everyone. I want to disable 2FA for some accounts. But the problem is the dialog box option is not working on my system.

Hi @AppuMurugan,

As of September 2022, 2FA has become a mandatory security feature in Professional HubSpot portals. It’s not possible to disable it.

Best regards!

Does this include SSO Enforced accounts? I mean we are already doing 2FA via the IDP and I think authencation and 2FA needs to be transfered to the IDP once SAML is enforced.
