Digital Marketing certificate showing wrong name

Hi,my Digital Marketing certification certificate is showing my name incorrectly. I updated my hubspot profile and re downloaded the certificate, but it still hasn’t changed . Could someone from Hubspot Academy help me correct the certifiacte record ? I can share the correct name privately if needed.

I’ve also attempted to manually regenerate the image on the certificate which should load the current name used on your HubSpot profile. Would you mind attempting to download/ check one more time?

Hello @Kashish01,

I just checked your HubSpot User profile and can confirm that your name on your User Accounts is still Kashish N/A. As noted in the thread I’ve linked above your certification will reflect what is seen in your HubSpot Account. Please follow these steps first to change your name here:

Once you’ve changed your name there, please feel free to attempt clearing your cache and downloading the certificate again!
