Differentiating Attachments in HubSpot Deal Record

Hi All,

In the deal record, attachments are added to the Attachment card both manually and through email.

Is there any option available to use labels or tags to differentiate attachments? For example: Vendor Quote, Customer PO, Proposals, Catalogs, etc.

If this option is not available, are there any alternative options or workarounds that can be used to clearly differentiate the attachments within a deal?

No, as far as I know such a feature does not exist. You could request it from the product team by submitting a post in the ideas section of the community. https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas

Hey @Janakan_S, you can’t tag attachments, but HubSpot now has “file” properties. You could create one for each file type, and upload to those instead of the attachments section.
