# Differentiating Attachments in Deal Record

Hi Team,

Currently, attachments can be added to the Attachment card in a deal record either manually or through email.

At the moment, there isn’t an option to use labels or tags to categorize or differentiate these attachments. For example, it would be helpful to classify attachments as **Vendor Quote** , **Customer PO** , **Proposal** , **Catalog** , etc.

Having the ability to label or tag attachments would make it much easier to identify and manage documents within the deal record, especially when a deal contains a large number of attachments.
