I’m running into the same problem and I asked ChatGPT for a solution. It came up with two workarounds. Don’t know if it helps anyone, but I thought I’d share just in case.
Option 1: You can edit the privacy and consent text for many languages. You could edit the text in a different language for each business unit and then choose the right language for your business unit when you add a form.
Option 2: You can edit the notice and consent text for individual forms. Then you can associate the form with a specific business unit. That way at least to the outside world it’ll appear on brand.
