Just come across this. Up until now with Forms, text/links could be modified each time we needed something for a business unit other than the default business unit.
Now it seems that in CSAT Surveys there is the option to let people leave their email - which is a good addition - but you can’t manually edit the data privacy and consent text/links like with forms. Instead it invites you to modify the default settings.
Not good enough.
