Difference in numbers in Hubspot sessions and Google Analytics users

Hi,

I see difference in numbers in Hubspot sessions and Google Analytics users. But the weird part is that we have got around 246 users from UK in GA but that country is not at all there in Hubspot sessions for that week. Please let me know the reason

Hi @AVasu

Could you share a screenshot of what you see in GA and HubSpot, including the filters you have set?

When you speak about “users”, do you mean sessions or is there another tracking dimension you are looking at.

Generally speaking it isn’t unusual for HubSpot and GA analytics not to match 100%, this article explains why.

Thanks

Frank

Hi Frank,

I have attached the screenshots. Like mentioned in article I understand that the users of GA and sessions of Hubpsot will differ, but as you can see we got around 246 visitors from UK in GA but in Hubspot the country UK is not even there on top. How come the country analytics also differ?

Hi @AVasu,

This is a known issue. HubSpot has an official knowledge base article that provides context and also outlines some steps you can take: HubSpot analytics and Google Analytics don't match

Best regards!
