Can anyone tell me what is the difference between Last meetings book , Last meeting booked in tool and Next Activity date
hubspot article says its different while support team says its the same
i have three different values for these. i have my google calendar connected to hubspot and i do not use a meetingscheduler page .

Here are the definitions:
- Date of last meeting booked in meetings tool: the date of the meeting that is booked the farthest out from the current date. For example, if a meeting is booked for December 1st, and another meeting is booked for December 7th, the property value will appear as December 7th.
- Next activity date: the date of the next upcoming activity for the contact. This is set automatically by HubSpot based on user actions in the contact record. This includes logging a future call, sales email, or meeting, scheduling a future meeting, or scheduling a task to be completed in the future. Emails and tasks scheduled in a sequence do not update this property.
In other words, the first one is the date of the last booked meeting farthest out from the current date. The second one could be a task, a scheduled email – it doesn’t have to be a meeting. Which one you need to use depends on your use case.
“Last meetings book” and “Last meeting booked in tool” don’t exist, and there is only one default contact property for meetings (see above). If you see more, someone or an integration created an additional field. You can check who created it in the property settings: Create and edit properties

i see there are 2 properties “Last meetings book” and “Last meeting booked in tool”
@Naveen28 as I said in my previous reply, this is not a HubSpot default property. Someone or an integration created this “Last booked meeting date” property on the right.
Go to Settings > Properties, search for it and check the value in the “Created by” column to find out where it’s coming from.
Since this is custom to your HubSpot account, no one outside of your HubSpot account can comment on who created it or how it’s populated.
By looking up your property in the property settings, you can check in the “Used in” column if any workflows are updating it.
@Naveen28 I didn’t know you were referring to the company object, that’s important context to have.
- Last booked meeting date: The last date of booked meetings associated with the company
- Date of last meeting booked in meetings tool: The date of the most recent meeting an associated contact has booked through the meetings tool.
The main difference is that the second one only reflects meetings booked through the meetings tool.
when you say assocaiated to a company ,essential it means meeting booked with a conatct/contacts in the associated company right

@Naveen28 without access to your portal, it’s hard to say – but yes, I would expect May 16th to reflect in that property. I’d recommend to check with HubSpot support as to why it doesn’t.

Just chiming in here to add to the points @karstenkoehler has already made.
The definition of the company property “Last Booked Meeting Date” is: The last date of booked meetings associated with the company.
The most obvious issue would be that your meeting on the 16th of May is not associated with the company but only the contact(s).
