I understand that you are using this integration “Dialpad”, is that right please?
@HEagle are you still using the Dialpad integration? If yes, do you also experience that please?
This is a third-party integration that has not been developed by HubSpot but from what I can see on this documentation here: “you have the option to create new HubSpot contacts from Dialpad, match existing HubSpot contacts to Dialpad contacts, and go between the two platforms with ease.”
