Hi, Is it possible to detect a property update using a Workflow in Hubspot? I need to get the Date of the Update, What was Updated and the User who updated the Property. The Property is a Custom Property with a multi-select dropdown. This data will be used to create a report. Thank you ---

Hi @MSaliba5, It’s currently not possible to see whether a property was edited by a user (vs a workflow, import, API etc) and it’s also not possible to see who edited (if it was a user). This can likely be achieved with custom code actions in Operations Hub Professional but it’s not possible out of the box. If you’re fine with documenting when a property was last changed (including its very first original value), you could do the following: 1. Re-enroll records when [property] is known 2. Use the ‘Set property value’ workflow action to document the current date in a custom date property You could then build a report based on the date property, the count of records and the value of the property itself, if needed.
