Zip Security is hiring a Search Growth Lead (SEO + AEO)
We’re looking for a strong SEO/AEO operator to own organic and AI search end-to-end and turn high-intent demand into pipeline. You’ll own technical SEO, content and keyword strategy, AEO/GEO, conversion optimization, and help guide our paid search strategy alongside our agency.
Salary: $125,000 to $175,000 base
Type: Full-time
Location: Hybrid, NYC (2–3 days/week in office)
Timezone: Eastern Time (ET)

A great fit if you:
• Have 2+ years in SEO, growth, search, or digital acquisition
• Know technical SEO deeply — indexing, crawling, structured data, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, etc.
• Are actively experimenting with AEO/GEO and visibility in ChatGPT & other AI answer engines
• Can connect search strategy to conversion, pipeline, and revenue
• Want real ownership — not just reporting on numbers, but digging into why they moved and deciding what to do next
Cybersecurity experience is a plus, not a requirement.
