It is currently not possible to restrict the deletion rights to conversations if an employee has access to a mailbox. I think this authorization function is extremely important.
I totally agree. I face the same issues for a couple of my clients. Biggest incident: a service employee deleted around 160 conversations which meant that all associated tickets to these conversations were also deleted.
Completamente de acuerdo
The fact that associated tickets are also deleted makes this an essential feature, in my opinion. When I stumbled across this, a team member had deleted only four conversations/tickets - this happening with 160? The horror!
This issue needs to be resolved as quickly as possible. The fact that deleting conversations can also remove associated tickets creates a significant risk for daily operations. Beyond the potential data loss, it results in unnecessary additional work, confusion, and frustration for employees who then have to manually recover or recreate information. A safeguard or recovery mechanism for deleted tickets/conversations should be treated as a high priority.
Absolutely necessary to prevent employees from accidentally clicking the wrong thing.
