On my Free HubSpot account, Delete is disabled for both individual records and bulk deletion. I’m a Super Admin and need to remove records created by an incorrect import. Please investigate why deletion is unavailable. ---

Hi @OrangeCounty, Just to confirm - you’re following the steps as described here? [Delete CRM records](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/delete-crm-records) If so, yes, deletion should be possible on the free tier for super admins and what you’re experiencing sounds like a bug. Can you please also confirm that there is no current tool suspensions active in your portal? (email tool suspension for example, quarantined contacts or similar) A quick way to get a solution is to upgrade to any paid subscription for a month which gives you access to email technical support. Alternatively, we can tag the @CommunityTeam and ask them to investigate. Best regards ---

I gotta tell you was combatting to delete the records but to no avail no matter what. Right now I am thinking to just delete the account and start a new one since this one is too messed up to begin with. BUT it should not be made so difficult to delete. ---

A few things to check. First, go to Settings, Users and Teams, open your own user and confirm the CRM delete permissions are switched on for contacts and companies, even as super admin. Second, try deleting from the Imports page: open the bad import and check the Actions menu for an option to delete the records it created, which saves filtering by hand. Third, if Delete is still greyed out, clear filters and try a single record from the index view, then log a ticket with a screenshot. I run a small HubSpot cleanup shop, so if it gets messy I’m happy to take a quick look. ---

@ManharChaurasia it’s not possible to edit individual permissions for super admins. Logging a ticket with support isn’t possible on the free tier. ---
