Deleted contacts REAPPEARED?!

Hi, I imported a contacts list of leads sent to me by my company. It included info about each businesses’ revenue, their location, number of employees, etc. The usual.

I took a good amount of time sifting through and deleting contacts not of value to my company, and went from 141 contacts down to 87. Then I started making calls, and logging those calls… suddenly all the contacts reappeared! To ice the cake, all values except phone number and name were gone for all contacts!

Now when I login, I see this huge list with no pertinent information, but when my boss logs into my account, she only sees the 87 and all looks normal.

I tried using a different browser, clearing cache/cookies and restarting computer, etc. AND I logged in on a totally different computer and the issue is still there.

Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Hi @Sarah_YogaCover Not sure if this will help. I had contact issues due to lack of emails connecting people. I deleted all contacts and started over making sure My csv did not have hidden fields.

Can we confirm you and your boss are both logging into the exact same portal. We can see the portal number in the URL from your second screen shot, but not the first - are they the same number?

We are on the same portal, yes. However, your post made me think to look a lot closer at the difference on my portal versus the screenshot my boss sent, and I figured out that I had not deleted the companies as contacts, I had only deleted them under the company link. So now I know where to go. User error :slightly_smiling_face:
