I recently deleted my previous portal and created a fresh one, only to realize I should’ve been more careful because there is an old email I wish I could track.
Is there anyway you can access my previous account’s tracked email messages?
Hi @kyungsam3, once your account is deleted it is not possible to retrieve previously tracked messages.
