# Deleted account

Hi,

I spend months setting up automations my account a few years ago, now, I accidently found that is deleted because of inactivity (250 days).  
I do not read emails regularely and this came as a shock.

I do not understand how this platform can just delete an account with so much effort invested.

Could you please reactivate my account number:

The fastest way to request the recovery of your inactive account would be by submitting the form at the end of this page: [Recover your inactive HubSpot account](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/recover-your-inactive-hubspot-account)

The request will then be reviewed and if everything goes well, your account would be reinstated.
