As we were setting up the Help Desk and deploying skill based routing, we created several skill categories.
During refinement we found that some of these are no longer needed.
At the moment HubSpot will not allow all skills to be removed from a category, which means the category cannot be deleted.
To keep our portal tidy and easier to manage, it would be helpful to have the ability to remove skill categories that are no longer required.
