Topic:

_If you send an email from HubSpot that results in a high rate of negative engagement (e.g. bounces, spam reports), your email account will be placed in a [suspension](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/email/why-is-my-email-suspended) state. To resolve the issue, [create lists](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/lists/create-active-or-static-lists) to segment your contacts based on their interests and original source. Then [suppress](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/contacts/import-an-opt-out-list) or [delete](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/lists/lists-faq) any outdated or unengaged contacts from your account._

How should delete it? manually? or ther are some automatic method using filters etc??

Thanks!

Daniele
