Yes, this would be very helpful. User case scenario:
Many different email subscriptions and a main sign-up form. The purpose was to make this an easier user experience with multiple subscription options. These then trigger the opt-in email subscriptions. The tricky part is that when someone ‘opts out’, we’d like to clear that option from the master data field that pulls in all the different options the contact originally chose.
Yes, please add this feature! I’m (probably) going to need to create a bunch of fields so checkboxes can be automatically cleared…a manual workaround is not an option but adding so many fields isn’t ideal either for my use case.
This is a very common need, I have a bunch of contacts that have a property we use with many tagging conbinations, appending a select group of tags or replacing all of them in bulk is easy, why would Hubs Spot NOT also have the option to remov ethem. I sometimes wonder if they really understand how people use their product on a day to day basis and this is such a simple need. I have 1000 contacts that have a AAAA tag, plus each of them have many combinations of other BBB, CCC,SSS,ZZZ tags. I want to just remove the AAAA tag on 1000, leave the other tags alone.
Is this feature already being looked at? It is actually quite an urgent feature, also for us to have. For the moment I’m trying to work on a workaround, such as the one @Dedicated mentioned. However, our multiple field type property has 10 options with a huge amount of scenarios that we are unable to get into a workflow.
We need this across multiple objects to be able to remove the top-level Business Unit. The top-level unit is always appended to the contact object because of form submission. But the form did not necessarily come from the top-level business unit. So we need to be able to remove it from the contacts every time a form is submitted. Just one use-case, there are many where we would use this.
+1 on this feature request! This would be such a game changer for us. We use multiple check boxes as a sort of “tagging” system but our tags are becoming overcrowded and I want to consolidate them but realised the only way to do this currently is to export as an excel and reimport. I’d love to have a feature that allows me to select a specific tag to remove, without remowing all the tags. (i.e contact has tags X, Y, Za., Z.b, and Zc. and I want to keep Y as is and remove X completely. Then I want to consolidate Z.a, b. and c. to just Z and delete the redundant properties without deleting everything else)
I am copying all values of a Company-level multiple checkbox property to Contact and Deal-level. The idea is that the team updates the Company-level, so that’s updates all other levels too. The values often change and sometimes all removed. I figured out how I can set up a wf for re-enrollment if any new value is ticked (list membership), but can’t really figure out how to manage to remove the unticked values from Contact and Deal level accordingly. The function of being able to remove single values from picklist would be greatly benefitial.
