We would love to have something similar! As we have grown our database and how we classify contacts, we’ve moved some values around between properties, and it would be great if we could go back and remove the values from the old fields without replacing it entirely. We’ve tried to do so by deleting the value from the property altogether, yet the value still shows up on all of the contacts it was used on, almost like a ghost value that has to be manually deleted.
If there was a workflow option that was essentially the opposite of the option to append, that would help us a ton!
