When creating combined scores in HubSpot, Hubspot will auto-create contact properties: fit score, engagement score, combined scored and threshold score and the user is without the option to just pick the one score they want in HubSpot. (Our usecase is the combined score only. We are able to segment without the out-the-box thresholds.)
Therefore I am creating clearly labled “serves no purpose” scoring properties so it is clear to the team that it serves no purpose at our company.
However, we multiple usecases for different scores: a Lead Score, Upsell Score, Churn Score and therefore are creating more-and-more of these “serves no purpose” mandatory properties.
Please can we either
- Delete these properties
- Allow the user to never create these properties when building the score
