please get this included into HubSpot! Come on, since 2017…
We should be able to control our data (GDPR) and have tools to deal with spam form submissions, or testers. Please prioritise this

This lacking feature is one of the reasons I moved my team to Salesforce. Baffles me that it has been 6 years since the intial request -- while the ability to delete form submissions is such a basic feature. Unsubscribing from this issue now. Good luck everyone

This has to be a must-have feature. Why no update on this?
Wouldn’t the solution be to delete invalid contacts aka test contacts? We have been having invalid contacts and test submissions plaguing our CRMs as well and resorted to deleting them all in mass. We got an automation routine that cleans up the database for us.
The latest update from Hubspot support
"Currently, this is only being reviewed by the product engineers, I do not yet see this as something that is in planning or on their radar as of yet. " so it doesn’t seem like they take this seriously.
I suggest sharing this with other people in your company to comment and upvote this issue and also raise Hubspot support requests until it gets the attention it deserves. Here’s why this feature is critical:
1. GDPR
2. Spammers - lots of spam submissions that skew data occassionally or just irrelevant contacts we dont want in our reporting
3. Testers, people who test live forms = need to manually filter them out and it also skews conversion rates

yes, add this feature, also regarding test submissions - it should be possible to remove them easily, for example from Form’s performace dasboard view.

It’s something that I really need to action as I have to calculate the tests each time and it affects the ease of reporting.

I agree. It’s just an extra annoying thing to have to do and if someone sees it, they think we got more leads than we really did.
This is extremely important as we have had an employee being harassed by someone and they even have a restraining order, but the person has now taken to using our contact us form to send them inappropriate messages and messages we do not want anyone else with hubspot access to see. we need a way to delete them.

+ 1 for this, would like to be able to delete the form submission details from the contact. Reason being is sometimes there is data that we don’t want to keep any record of, so although i’ve deleted it from any property storage it is still visible in the submission details. Right now the only way to remove this is to note the customers details and delete the contact and manually recreate it which is annoying as we will lose reporting data such as Submission date/time skewing our lead reporting.
