Delete an old account

Hey,

I am using Sales Free and Marketing Free. I have two Hubspot accounts. I need to delete one of them.

However, I cannot find the “Accounts & Billing” Tab anywhere. I also do not see the drop down on the top left to go to Sales. Lastly, I do not see the configuration menu in the settings tab either.

I am the super admin and the only person on the account.

What do I do?

The Hub ID i need to delete is: 2243471

@Waliz,

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble! You can access the Account and Billing portion of HubSpot using this url: Account & Billing. From here, you should be able to delete the account.

If this doesn’t work, I would reach out to HubSpot support!
