I have workflows that have a series of delays based on a set number of days from customer renewals. The delays then trigger an automated email reminder for the company to renew their service.
I stumbled upon a problem, however.
When the delay is skipped becuase it’s passed the date, the automated email is still sending.
I don’t want this to happen.
I want to skip the automated email and move the next, relevant delay that hasn’t expired.
Being able to add this option would be amazing and help me to control my workflows.
