Hi everyone,
My name is Sajjad, and I am based in Qom, Iran. I am a B2B sales architect and systems builder with 14 years of experience in sales management, export, international business development, and designing scalable sales processes.
I define RevOps as aligning people, processes, systems, and data across marketing, sales, and customer success to create a consistent customer experience and sustainable revenue growth.
Through HubSpot Academy’s Revenue Operations Certification, I hope to strengthen my skills in CRM strategy, reporting, data management, automation, and cross-functional alignment. My goal is to apply these skills to build more efficient, measurable, and scalable B2B revenue systems.
Hello Everyone
Hello Everyone, I’m Anis from Dubai.
I see RevOps as the strategy that connects marketing, sales, and customer success teams under one unified process to maximize revenue.
Hello Everyone!
I am Judith from Lagos, Nigeria.
I would say Revenue Operations (RevOps) is the business function that aligns the revenue-generating teams, typically marketing, sales and customer support, with the processes and systems they use, bringing them together as one unified engine to make growth more predictable, measurable and efficient.
What I hope to learn with this Certification:
From my above definition, what I desire is to gain a practical understanding of how RevOps brings cohesion to the different business functions for the overall growth of an organization. Also, I would like to learn how data, tech, processes and performance metrics can be used to spot gaps, improve the customer journey and make business growth more predictable, measurable and efficient.
Karabo, I am from Johannesburg, South Africa.
What I took from the lessons is that RevOps is about discovering, through data, improvements at various friction/touch points across the entire sales cycle for a more streamlined, effective and unified approach to finding opportunities and potentially increasing revenue without the extra spend.
I look forward to learning more about is exactly that, and to do it at an effective rate.

2. “To me, RevOps is the practice of aligning marketing, sales, and service around shared data, processes, and tools so the entire revenue engine runs as one system instead of silos. It’s about removing friction across the full customer lifecycle so revenue growth becomes predictable and measurable.”
3. “As a GTM Engineer, I want to learn how to structure CRM and prospecting data properly, build repeatable processes for pipeline management, and understand which metrics matter most. I’m also keen to see how new tech and AI can be applied to make revenue operations smarter and more automated.”
