Michelle Roberts here. I’m really just learning about RevOps and what it means. I don’t come from a background where this was a “thing” and it’s certainly not mentioned where i work now, which just listening to the first few lessons in the RevOps Cert Course, surprises me. I think we do a lot of fighting against ourselves or rather talk in circles about what we should be doing to provide a better customer journey internally and externally but not implementing it. I’m really looking to learn more, try and wrap my brain around and how i can support my current team and one that i might join in the future.

I feel like Revenue Operations is similar to product integrations where you often need it to be able to solve a problem or work your data in a better way. So it is the integration of marketing, sales, and customer success operations to create a unified, data-driven, and customer-centric revenue-generating machine.
