Hello, is there anyway to pull data on _how_ a meeting was booked? i.e. determining if the meeting was booked via cold call, email, linkedin message etc.

Hi @SCiampaglio,

You can create a custom report under _Menu_ \> _Reports_ \> _Reports_ \> _Create custom report_ \> _Single object_ \> _Activities_. In the report editor, click _Add Activity Property_ in the _Data_ tab and find _Meeting source_. You can then switch to the _Visualization_ tab and drag the _Meeting source_ into the _Displaying_ area, along with _Count of Activities_. (Make sure to adjust your report filters on the upper left, _Activity date_ and _Activity type_ = Meeting).

This will show you the source of the meetings, for example BIDIRECTIONAL\_SYNC for meetings synced from a connected calendar, MEETINGS\_PUBLIC from a meeting link and so on. This will not tell you however where a meeting link was filled out (e.g. LinkedIn).

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!

Hope this helps!

unfortunately, that’s what we need, similar to page metrics that tells you the traffic source, we need to know the actual specifics of the booking, for this case, the source.
for example: the meeting link [Hotel Reservations & Cheap Discounts at 250K+ Hotels](http://hubspot.meetings.com/meet-with-us) is our meeting link and its posted in facebook, linkedin, x (twitter), bing, adwords, our website and in our pdf guides - we need to distiguish it sources without creating additional meeting links / meeting types. If page metrics can do this, how come a meeting link, which is actually a page as well, can’t?

Hi @LeonardoDVinci, I hope that you are well!
Thank you for asking the Community!
If you are looking at having a meeting source report, I have found similar threads that might help you:
- The solution from @karstenkoehler on this post “[report on booked meeting via Hubspot meeting tool](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Dashboards-Reporting/report-on-booked-meeting-via-Hubspot-meeting-tool/m-p/792525)”

Thank you for your input however I believe we are not on the same page. As much as I appreciate the current solutions, its not really the fix that we are looking for. What we need it to know which meeting link and on what page (if the meeting form is embedded) the meeting was booked from.
i.e. John Doe books a meeting on one of our meeting links that is embedded to one of our landing pages hosted on hubspot. The booking should include the usual details and the meeting link used and the current page url of where the its embedded in. If its directly through the meeting link, “page url” and “the meeting link” used should be the same. But if the meeting form is embedded to one of our landing page, the additional meeting details should capture the correct info; meeting link used should be [meeting link url/name](as shown in the meeting scheduler) and page URL should be [landing page URL].

2 items we need here:

1. what meeting link is used for the booking (as much as possible, the meeting link URL)?
2. what is the URL of the page where the booking is made (especially if the meeting form is embedded)?

Unfortunately, the solution you provided didn’t do that.

I don’t believe you are answering their question and I have the same one. How do you change the meeting sources? What this is proposing is how to run a report to see the sources that already exist. What if I want to add another source or change them?
