I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out on behalf of our organization regarding an issue we’ve encountered with our HubSpot settings.
We’ve implemented a system where certain properties are displayed based on the selected “Deal Stage.” While some of these properties are essential for progressing through stages, we’ve observed that HubSpot prompts our Sales Employees to re-enter existing data fields each time they move a deal along a stage.
Our objective is to streamline this process, ensuring that once the required data is provided, the popup no longer appears. Could you please advise us on how to adjust our settings to achieve this desired functionality?

If I understand correctly, you are wondering if it is possible to only show conditional properties that are not yet known when the Deal Stage is being updated?
If this is the case, I don’t believe that this is possible unfortunately. However, any known properties will show the already filled data so the sales team will know it doesn’t need to be updated.

to make the issue more clear, at the moment we have 5 strages in our pipeline. Wenn we put a deal from stage “Demo held” to “negotiation” it opens a left sidebar with the requiered properties which have to be given, thats fine. When you now move the deal to the next stage “contracting” the left sidebar opens again even if the properties are already filled, and thats the issue. If the properties are already filled I dont want the the left sidebar to open again.
But also the properties have du be filled if a deal goes direct from “demo held” to “contracting”.

To define again: We have the conditional stage properties set, yet when moving the actual Deal from stage “A” to stage “B” and vice versa, it keeps asking for the properties. It even asks for the properties when the Datafields needed are already filled.
Ok I think I understand. Unfortunately, once you add conditional properties for a stage that pop up will always appaer, regardless of whether or not the data is already filled in.
